1. Promotion Information

• Promotion Content: Aurora SendCloud users will receive 100 SMS Credit Points as a bonus after topping up their S-Wallet.
• Participation Method: Complete the S-Wallet top-up via the official Aurora SendCloud platform and submit the required information as instructed to participate in the promotion.

2. Eligibility and Usage Rules

(1) Eligibility Criteria

• Limited to registered Aurora SendCloud users who have completed the filling of valid account information.
• A single top-up amount to S-Wallet must be ≥ 1 US dollar, and the contact name and valid contact information must be submitted as required.
• Upon meeting the above criteria, 100 SMS Credit Points will be automatically credited to the participating account within 24 hours after the top-up is completed.

(2) Usage Restrictions

• Uniqueness Rule: Each Aurora SendCloud account can only participate in the promotion once during the promotion period, and the bonus points cannot be claimed repeatedly.
• Validity Period of Points: The SMS Credit Points are valid from the date of crediting until 23:59 (Hong Kong Time) on March 31, 2026. Unused points will expire automatically after the deadline and will not be reissued.
• Scope of Application: The bonus SMS Credit Points can only be used for SMS service consumption on the Aurora SendCloud platform. They cannot be transferred, split, or redeemed for cash.
• Consumption Rule: SMS Credit Points will be deducted first when sending SMS. The points cannot be used in conjunction with the available balance in the user's S-Wallet.
• Points Deduction Standard: Each SMS sending request consumes 1 SMS Credit Point.

3. Violation Handling and Disclaimer

(1) Definition and Handling of Violations

During the promotion period, users who engage in the following violations will be disqualified from the promotion:

• Registering fake accounts, using plug-ins or illegal tools to participate in the promotion in batches;
• Conducting fake top-ups, malicious refunds, or obtaining SMS Credit Points through improper means;
• Providing false contact information, stealing others' accounts to participate in the promotion, or other acts that violate the principle of good faith.

For violating users, Aurora SendCloud reserves the right to revoke the issued SMS Credit Points. For serious violations, Aurora SendCloud may restrict account functions or terminate services, and pursue legal liability if necessary.

(2) Disclaimer

• Aurora SendCloud shall not be liable for reissuing SMS Credit Points if the points are not credited or cannot be used due to the user's own operational errors, incorrect account information filling, or other user-related reasons.
• During the promotion period, if the promotion is suspended or adjusted due to force majeure factors such as system maintenance or network failures, the platform will notify users through official channels and shall not be liable for additional compensation.
• Any adjustments to the promotion rules and related information will be subject to the official announcements on the Aurora SendCloud platform, and no separate notification will be given.
• Within the scope permitted by law, Aurora SendCloud reserves the final right of interpretation of this promotion.

3. 违规处理与免责声明

活动期间，用户若存在以下违规行为，将被取消活动资格：

• 虚假充值、恶意退款或通过不正当手段套取 SMS Credit Points 等行为；
• 提供虚假联系人信息、盗用他人账户参与活动等违背诚实信用原则的行为。

对于违规用户，Aurora SendCloud 有权收回已发放的 SMS Credit Points，情节严重者将限制账户功能或终止服务，必要时追究法律责任。

（2）免责声明

• 若因用户自身操作失误、账户信息填写错误等原因导致 SMS Credit Points 未到账或无法使用，Aurora SendCloud 不承担补发责任。
• 活动期间，如遇系统维护、网络故障等不可抗力因素导致活动暂停或调整，平台将通过官方渠道通知，不承担额外赔偿责任。
• 活动相关规则及信息若有调整，将以 Aurora SendCloud 平台官方公告为准，不再另行单独通知。
• 在法律允许的范围内，Aurora SendCloud 保留对本次活动的最终解释权。
